Ortovox zegt over de Peak Light 40

Het PIEKLICHT 40 is onze alpine lichtgewicht en uw metgezel voor veeleisende alpine tochten. Het is extreem licht, technisch en nog functioneler dankzij het klimaatbeheersende SWISSWOOL TEC GEBREIDE rugsysteem. Met een verpakkingsvolume van 40 liter biedt deze rugzak voldoende ruimte voor meerdaagse skitochten – zonder in te leveren op comfort.

Deze rugzak is zeer robuust en toch ongelooflijk licht dankzij het gebruik van bijzonder scheur- en slijtvast Nylon 420D Oxford-materiaal. Deze nylon stof is een van de lichtste materialen die we gebruiken voor onze rugzakken. Het materiaal is ook waterbestendig dankzij de PU-coating.

De nieuwe driehoekige constructie van het deksel zorgt voor variabele afstelling met touwsluiting zonder slippen. Het deksel is volledig afneembaar of opbergbaar in het hoofdcompartiment. Bij opslag in het hoofdcompartiment kan de rits van het deksel nog steeds gemakkelijk worden geopend. Het dekselcompartiment heeft twee secties. Getapete naden maken het deksel volledig waterdicht.

En we hebben nog andere belangrijke kenmerken geïntegreerd: de PIEKLICHT 40 alpine touring rugzak wordt geleverd met een touw- en ijsbijl bevestiging, load control koorden, helmnet, materiaal lussen, heupzak, een kaart compartiment en een omtrek rits voor snelle, voorste toegang tot het hoofdcompartiment. Veiligheidsuitrusting wordt stevig binnen gehouden door middel van een veiligheidshulpstuk. Daarnaast zijn de standaard ORTOVOX-rugzakken voorzien van een noodkaart, borstband met signaalfluit, compressieband, felle binnenkleur, compatibiliteit met het hydratatiesysteem en een skihouder. Deze slimme eigenschappen, het lage gewicht en het innovatieve rugsysteem maken HET PIEKLICHT tot een zeer functionele alpine touring rugzak waar het doen zonder middelen meer functionaliteit.

SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT rugsysteem
Het SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT RUGSYSTEEM staat voor de innovatieve synthese van een technische schuimrug met thermisch geperste zwitserse wol bedekt met een 3D high-tech gebreide stof. De wollen kussens worden gebruikt in de zones die in contact komen met de rug en slaan grote hoeveelheden vocht op zonder nat te worden.

AFGESCHAALD om GEWICHT TE VERMINDEREN
Het totale gewicht van 1200g* kan met nog eens 420g* worden verminderd door simpelweg de bovenkant opnieuw vast te zetten, heupvinnen, aluminium frame voor de achterkant en andere externe bevestigingsmogelijkheden. Het minimumgewicht van 780 g* betekent dat het voor nog meer activiteiten kan worden gebruikt, zoals het beklimmen van routes met meerdere touwen.

The PEAK LIGHT 40 is our alpine lightweight and your companion for demanding alpine tours. It is extremely light, technical and even more functional thanks to the climate-controlling SWISSWOOL TEC KNIT back system. With a packing volume of 40 liters, this backpack provides sufficient space for multi-day ski tours – without compromising on comfort. This backpack is very robust yet incredibly light thanks to the use of particularly tear and abrasion resistant Nylon 420D Oxford material.

This nylon fabric is one of the lightest materials that we use for our backpacks. The material is also water-resistant thanks to its PU coating. The new triangular construction of the lid allows for variable adjustment with rope fastening without slippage. The lid is completely removable or storable in the main compartment. When stored in the main compartment, the lid’s zipper can still be easily opened. The lid compartment has two sections. Taped seams make the lid completely waterproof. And we have integrated additional important features: The PEAK LIGHT 40 alpine touring backpack comes with a rope and ice axe fixation, load control cords, helmet net, material loops, hip pocket, a map compartment and a circumferential zipper for quick, front access to the main compartment. Safety equipment is held securely inside by means of a safety attachment. In addition, standard ORTOVOX backpack features include an emergency card, chest strap with signal whistle, compression strap, bright interior color, hydration system compatibility and a ski holder. These clever features, low weight and the innovative back system make the PEAK LIGHT a highly functional alpine touring backpack where doing without means greater functionality. SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT back system The SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT BACK SYSTEM stands for the innovative synthesis of a technical foam back with heat-pressed swiss wool covered with a 3D high-tech knitted fabric. The wool pads are used in the zones that come into contact with the back, storing large volumes of moisture without feeling wet. SCALED DOWN TO REDUCE WEIGHT The total weight of 1200g* can be reduced by a further 420g* by simply remocing in the top, hip fins, aluminium frame for the back and other external fastening options. Its minimum weight of 780g* means it can be used for even more activities, such as climbing multi-rope routes. * +/- 4% due to production and material fluctuations.
